My posts won't put my name on it always say anonymous, even though I sign in, so don't know how to put a name on it - sorry, does this mean all my posts will be deleted?

A lot of the members do not like it when they do not know who they are talking to.

Go to SETTINGS at the bottom of the page.

In the first box that you see. BUT YOUR PASSWORD

in the box below marked NAME add the name you want to be know as.

Click SAVE at the bottom of the page

Yes, I'd love to be able to show them how to add a name, as it's easy when you know how hey! I have used forums in the past, but none have been as easy to use as this one, so well done for coming up with such a user-friendly one :) Thanks again!

i note with interest you are a keen twitter fan, I joined twitter recently and to be honest im rather scared to use it to post anything.

Not becuase ive done anything wrong but as im unfamiliar with the day to day workings of it and i have read some of the vitriolic remarks from experienced tweeters to those less experienced who have maybe not followed protocol.

My god its like the newbies have committed a mortal sin for making a mistake.

Anyway clare excuse my ramblings, would you be kind enough to share the benefit of your experience and give us folks here on the forum some tips as to "how to use twitter correctly"

Not sure how I would advise regarding using Twitter on here, as most learning is better if you can show a person, but I do teach computer lessons, so maybe I could help in that way? Hello, yes I still do. I offer a pick up and drop off service (with a small fee to cover petrol costs) also, unless you are happy to drop off / pick up yourself. Or I can do half and half, where I do a pick up or drop off and you do the other. I am in Quesada, so let me know if that would suit you. I generally charge 5 euros an hour.
